The morning probiotic capsule provides 12 billion live bacteria (CFU) across five strains: Lactobacillus acidophilus NCFM, Lactobacillus plantarum LP01, Bacillus coagulans Unique IS-2, Bifidobacterium breve BR03, and Bifidobacterium lactis HN019. These are supplied in acid-resistant capsules to help ensure they reach the intestines.
The evening herbal capsule contains mint, ginger, and coriander extracts, as well as L-glutamine—an amino acid that is widely present in the human body. This plant-based blend is designed for use with your evening meal as part of a consistent daily routine.

Usage: Take 1 probiotic capsule in the morning with breakfast and 1 herbal capsule just before your evening meal with a glass of water.
